If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can still refer it to your financial institution which will obtain details of the disputed transaction and may lodge a claim on your behalf.

Disclaimer

K-One Community Services and Care’s liability to you (including under the Australian Consumer Law), in connection with your use of the online payment gateway is limited to providing you with a refund that is equal to the amount of the disputed invoice.

Governing law

These K-One Community Services and Care Payment Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and both parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
